CMS has published in the federal register:

• A Final Rule for the Medicare Program: Medicare Shared Savings Program: Accountable Care Organizations
• An Interim Final Rule With Comment Period for the Medicare Program: Final Waivers in Connection With the Shared Savings Program
• A notice of the Provider Enrollment Application Fee Amount for Calendar Year 2012 that applies to providers that are initially enrolling as providers under the Medicare, Medicaid, and Children’s Health Insurance Programs
• A notice announcing the testing of an Advanced Payment Model for certain Accountable Care Organizations participating in the Shared Savings Program
